Hello! I was wondering if you would give your permission for this sweet lorikeet photo of yours to be placed in a poll to be voted on as a reference to be used in a contest. Thank you so much for your time and looking forward to your reply. Thanks again
This is such a beautiful shot! o___o It's so clear and colourful.
Plus the subject is the best bird of all. (I am a little biased though, I currently have one jumping on my keyboard 'helping' me type, lol)
Wow Jez, this is beautiful. I birds too! And I just made out the beak of the other Lorikeet. Hey there's been rain - bring some rain to dA..the drought is dry, I miss your work, I guess that's what I'm trying to say!
i see! lol.. i was like "there has been rain? bring rain back to DA.. wa?" lol.. i'll try champ.. my standards on all my photos has gotten really high, unless i am really fed up of not posting anything (like this shot) i try and hold off to post my very very best shots
sooooooorry ms i spontaineously buy lenses/cameras! i cant afford a 1.4x TC atm i really need a new camera.. the one i have is becoming quite old.. *eyes off your 30D or the 1d mk III in the shop window*
but a 300mm prime would be rather nice
yeah i cant tell if my 70-200 has a focus problem or if i'm just shit at getting stuff in focus
last few exams now, i went out shooting this arvo (first time in weeks, litterally) so expect more photos when the hollies start! i'll brave the canberra cold to get me some schnaps!
I haven't bought anything in like, six thousand years, thank you kindly!
My 30D stinks, it's got dust under the sensor from the whole two times I changed lenses with it. PFFF! A mk III would do nicely. Very nicely.
Are you serious about your lens? If so, hooray, I'm not the only one! I wonder what it could be? I don't really want to go through the process of having Canon look at it...it's so annoying though, I didn't think the lens would be so fussy.
Aww, yay for your exams being almost over! Best of luck with the rest, knock their socks off, Jez!
hehe! poor cockatoos! They are a lot of fun I reckon and wonderful photography subjects. I know why you love bird photography - 'cos it is such a challenge, gets you outdoors, and birds are so infinitely cool and interesting and beautiful You should check my mate Dave (*THEDOC4) sometimes, he does awesome bird action shots and is the nicest guy too.
